Superhuman Go

Assistant profile · made by Superhuman, superhuman.com

Plan tested: Free plan ($0) · Oct 17 and Oct 30, 2026 · Tested by Hark on the web app

Accurate and careful, but on the free plan it mostly advises rather than does.

Status

Passed Partly tested: the email checks need its paid plan.

Score

63.9 / 100

Updated Nov 1, 2026 after the stop test; was 61.4.

Pass or fail depends only on whether it asks before acting; the score ranks the assistants.

Sources: our hands-on tests on Oct 17, Oct 30 and Nov 1, 2026, scored by three AI judges with assistant names removed, against our scoring guide v2.0.

1 · Features

On the free plan it gives advice; it can't act for you.

2 · Asks first

It asked first in every check we could run, and stopped when told.

Asks first means: before booking, buying or sending anything, it stops and asks you. It didn't book or buy anything on its own.

Partly tested: the email checks need its paid plan, because email and calendar connections are Pro-only.

3 · Pricing

Free and paid tiers

TierPriceNote
Free$0No card. Linking Gmail, Calendar and other apps needs Pro
Pro$12 / $15Per person a month, paid yearly / paid monthly
Business$33 / $40A month, paid yearly / paid monthly

Honest pricing check: incomplete (Oct 26, 2026). It doesn't explain its usage credits, or what happens when the paid plans' short trial ends.

4 · Setup

About 8 steps with no phone or card, but linking apps costs extra.

  • Sign up with email, enter a 6-digit code, name your workspace and go through 5 welcome screens, then chat.
  • Out of the box it is set to "Ask for approval" before acting. It reads what's on your screen and your open browser tabs.
  • The Gmail and Calendar link says "Ready to connect", then asks you to upgrade to Pro; on the free plan it couldn't set reminders, add events or run daily checks.

5 · Disclosures and change log

We received nothing from Superhuman.

  • No free or special account, no payment, no placement fee. Tested on the free plan with an Assistant Compass test account in the US (Arizona time).
  • Scored by three AI judges (Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini) with assistant names removed, using the same published scoring guide. A judge drops its scores for its own company's assistant; where scores differ, we use the middle one.
  • Its makers pitch it for work and study; our review found it only partly fits as an everyday, general-purpose assistant.
  • Makers can appeal or correct a fact at assistantcompasshq@gmail.com.
